Token Ecosystem

AidCoin is an ERC20 token that aims to be the preferred method of donating transparently through blockchain technology and accessing the network from our services. The online donation market is $ 15 billion in the US alone. Our vision

Charitystars: the first use case of Aidcoin

Unlike other projects that want to provide tokens to the nonprofit sector, CharityStars has evolved a charity ecosystem, donors, celebrity donors and events that will be leveraged to immediately use tokens. CharityStars will be the platform’s first fundraiser to receive AidCoin. Some benefits to give incentives to people to use AidCoin token is:
  • Discounted price: auction paid on AidCoin will benefit from a 5% discount on the last hammer price. Because the average platform ticket is $ 500, this generates a huge incentive for donors to use tokens as a medium of exchange.
  • Membership club auctions: to participate to these special auctions, users will need to stake AidCoin on their wallet. The amount of tokens required will change based on the auction’s nature and price. This will enable certain users to bid on some of the most amazing once-in-a-lifetime experiences we have ever hosted on our platform.

The Crowdsale allocation will begin on December 15, 2017 and will be managed by our partner Bitcoin Suisse AG, a Swiss-based finance provider specializing in cryptoasset that has successfully deployed over 20 ICO, raising more than $ 500 million. The number raised on crowdsale will be 30,000 ETH for 30,000,000 AID plus ETH raised for tokens that may not be sold during pre-sale.
The initial generation of AidCoin is programmed by an ongoing smart contract Ethereum and will be distributed as follows:
  • Up to 10% of tokens (10,000,000 AID) will be allocated to pre-sale contributors and will be transferable when crowdsale ends;
  • A minimum of 30% token (30,000,000 AID) will be allocated to the crowdsale contributor and will be redirected as the crowdsale ends;
  • 10% token (10,000,000 AID) will be allocated to the team and will be awarded for 12 months;
  • 10% token (10,000,000 AID) will be allocated to initial supporters and advisers which has contributed to the success of the project. 20% of tokens will be transferred since January 15, 2018, while the remaining 80% will be employees’ rights for 6 months;
  • 10% token (10,000,000 AID) will be allocated to AidPool to provide incentives Appointment of AidCoin and bootstrap ecosystem;
  • 27% token (27,000,000 AID) will be allocated to AidCoin’s parent company and will be held as future cost, partnership, business development, marketing and strategic acquisitions. Token will be given for 12 months.
  • 3% token (3,000,000 AID) will be used to finally create a gift program. Unused tokens will be reallocated to AidPool.

End of sale

The buyer accepts and acknowledges that this token does not grant the owner rights:
  • To participate in any decision or voting within the Company;
  • To benefit from the Company’s results;
  • obtain economic benefits or other benefits from the Company. Therefore the Client acknowledges that they are fully aware that such tokens exist in no way relating to ownership rights, voting rights or dividend rights, and that they are not a CharityStars or other equivalent assets.

Use of funds

The use of funds from crowdsale will be returned for the following activities:
  • To develop AIDChain, AIDPay and AIDWallet platforms, expanding our actual core blockchain developers team up to 8 members
  • To gain partnership with other ERC20 players in the ecosystem for added token utility values.
  • Teach and encourage the adoption of blockchain among charities, the major in the UK, Italy and the US market where CharityStars is already established. So a new sales division of people will be hired and set up to enhance the network of adopters
  • Cooperate with socially responsible companies to transform AidCoin transparent preferred delivery methods.
  • Invest in public relations and marketing campaigns to dramatically increase awareness and diffusion tokens.
  • To finally obtain or sign partnerships with other smaller fundraising platforms in strategic countries to accelerate the global spread of tokens
